April 2024 Release Overview
Internet Archive upgraded the Vault service to Version 1.3.0 in April 2024. This release introduces the ability to search throughout collections and minor UI improvements to the dashboard, reports, and admin pages. In this release:
New & Improved Features
Collection Page
- Users can now search across Vault collections, folders, files, and metadata from the Collections page. Users can enter a keyword using the search box to return matches to relevant collections, folders, files, and metadata.
The ability to search is available to all users, with the caveat that view-only users can only search within the collections they have been allowed to access.

Minor UI improvements
- On the Dashboard and Fixity Reports, minor changes were made to some fields and card content for better clarity, specificity, and consistency of terminology.
- The Users table and Current Plan table in the Administration section are now sortable.
