Interpreting the Dashboard

Overview of the Dashboard

Vault’s interactive dashboard serves as the platform’s landing page and provides a high-level overview of the archived data in your account. From here, you can monitor the status of all your archived data, including storage location, fixity jobs, manifests, analytics, and reports, and have direct access to collections and recent activity reports and logs.

From this card, you can:

  • Scroll through a list of all collections
  • View statistics.
    • The dashboard default view shows the aggregate stats of all your collections. Selecting an individual collection will update the dashboard to display statistics related to that specific collection.
  • View all or a specific collection.
    • Clicking View beside All Collections provides direct navigation to view all collections. Clicking View beside each collection provides direct navigation to that specific collection.

For more detailed information on how to create and manage your Collections, see Creating and Managing a Collection in Vault.
